Find Out What’s Going On, Even Before a Breakdown Happens
Our range of sensors for your equipment and processes allows you to monitor your operations at all times.
This monitoring system makes it possible for you to establish safe areas of operations and receive constant information on the state of your processes.
Our solutions cover a number of areas, including:
- Machine shops
- Mining and metals
- Chemicals and petrochemicals
- Food and beverages
SimpliCollect provides you with efficient, around-the-clock monitoring of the status of your processes and equipment.
You will also be able to keep abreast of what’s going on at your company, thereby optimizing your operations.
This results in a number of benefits:
- Preventing breakdowns before they happen
- Optimizing the volume of your operations through systematic monitoring of input and output
- Reducing your consumption of energy and other resources
- Decreasing losses
- Minimizing your environmental impact
Several types of data acquisition modules are available in wireless communication (Wifi, 3G) sending real time data to the SimpliCollect gateway.
Simplicollect offers a complete array of sensors/signals and actuators for your data collection and automation needs.
|0-10 V Rx||Temperature and humidity||4-20 mA Tx|
|Amperage (max 2500 W)||Thermistor||0-10 V Tx|
|PWM 0,05 Hz – 250 KHz (± 30 V)||Thermocouple||Latched Relay (max 2000 W)|
|4-20 mA Rx||CO2||Relay (max 1250 W)|
|0-240 V AC/DC||Organic Volatiles||Dry Contact (max 320W)|
|RS485 / Modbus||Luminosity|
SimpliCollect allows you to set up an efficient conditional-maintenance system by using real-time monitoring of your equipment’s settings, such as motor vibration, temperature, amperage/voltage, etc.
Once equipment parameters exceed established limits, a notification is sent to make you aware of the situation in a timely manner.
You can also view changes to the parameters over time and see how a given event has affected your equipment.
Monitoring Process Conditions
We offer your a variety of solutions for monitoring process conditions, such as temperature, pressure, radiation, physical and chemical analysis, etc.
Any type of sensor that produces a voltage signal or that operates using standards such as 4-20 mA can connect to one of our SimpliCollect modules.
Our DataView application allows you to perform real-time monitoring of various process settings, generally referred to as “tags”, and handle analyses of archived values over time.
Various points of measurement allow you to monitor the quantities that are used and produced. They also allow you to perform a complete analysis of production, highlighting weakness in your processes.
SimpliCollect provides you with the data needed to interface with software used for analyzing downtime and the causes of breakdowns (e.g., RtDuet, PI System, etc).
